Course Description

An Agile approach to software development allows you to create products that provide continuous value for customers. Students will be able differentiate between Scrum, Kanban and XP, foster high-performing teams and manage iteration planning with Agile methods by the end of the program. Students will be able create a release plan to achieve a Minimum Viable Product, establish metrics to show project status and communicate effectively with the rest of their development team.
