This two-day Do Agile, Be Agile training course is designed to teach you the basics of Agile Scrum, and how to plan and execute team projects within this framework.

This course will teach you the best practices of Agile Scrum, as laid out in the Scrum Alliance. The course is a classroom-based session that includes self-paced learning. You will get lots of practice and instruction to help you understand the concepts better. This course is interactive and includes a variety of case studies and practical exercises.

The two-day course covers Scrum Planning, Scheduling and User Stories, Planning Poker and its use, Remote Management of Agile Scrum and working with Agile distributed teams, roles in Agile Scrum (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Teams, etc.).

This course will help you reduce the time and costs of product development and testing. It is especially useful for those who need to interact with customers regularly.
