This series of classes can help you determine if project management is right for you and position yourself as a potential candidate for the job.

Every session is based on the PMI certification criteria, policies and procedures. This ensures that you are covering the most important competencies. Key insights will be provided on how to confidently start a project, manage it through its lifecycle and close it out. Each class includes real-life examples, practical considerations, and project examples. There are also lots of chances to ask questions and do hands-on exercises. This series will equip you with the essential concepts to help you get certified or forge a new career.
