Course Description

Project Management Institute (PMI) has established the Project Management Professional (PMP) to recognize your ability to manage projects. You will need to have the required project management knowledge, experience, training, and expertise in order to pass the certification exam. The PMP skills cover a broad range of factors that can affect your success, including people, money, time, resources and finances. Even if you aren't working towards the PMP, you might be interested in project management at work. This series of classes can help you determine if project management is right for you and position yourself as a potential candidate for the job.

Samuel Parri, PM expert, will give you a comprehensive, practical and easy-to follow overview of all facets of this crucial role. Every session is based on the PMI certification criteria, policies and procedures. This ensures that you are covering the most important competencies. Key insights will be provided on how to confidently start a project, manage it through its lifecycle and close it out. Each class includes real-life examples, practical considerations, and project examples. There are also lots of chances to ask questions and do hands-on exercises. This series will equip you with the essential concepts to help you get certified or forge a new career.
