Course Description

2020 will see digital data drive our economy, and artificial intelligence (AI), is becoming an increasingly important part of our daily lives.

This course is three weeks long and will introduce you to the legal concepts behind the internet economy as well as the liability potential of different online platforms.

This course will help you structure your legal analysis of issues related to personal data and digital IP as a lawyer.

Additionally, you will learn about the new challenges and future laws that technology presents to the legal profession.
