What are the effects of digital technology on our society, health, and relationships? How can we ensure our digital well-being? This course will help you find the answers to these and other questions.

You will examine new and existing technologies and their impact on society.

You will also learn how you can ensure your digital well-being. This includes how to balance online activities and offline activities, how safety physically and virtual, and strategies for dealing with information overload.
