With its customizable settings, brushes, palettes, compatibility with the Apple pencil, and affordability, Procreate is an essential tool in any designer's toolbox. The latest update has made it even more fun and efficient. This class Exploring the 3D and Other New Features of Procreate 5.2 I will show you how to make these features work for your needs.
Procreate 5.2 updates include 3D model painting, stroke stabilisation and page assist. There are also extra layers, higher resolution, and more. The ability to view 3D work from any environment is one of the most exciting new features. This is just one feature. Procreate v2.0 has many more.
The 3D setting allows you to paint on 3D surfaces, which is something that many artists are very excited about. You can now draw or paint directly on a variety of products, including cases, cans, and skateboards. AR settings allow you to view your 3D designs in real-world environments. It is extremely useful to be able view your models/mockups in the context a real environment. It can be used to create mock-ups and help designers design specific products or art. It's so much fun to see your creations come to life before you eyes!
You will also find many features that will simplify your creative process. You can now save your brush size, opacity, pin favourite brushes, and even turn your work into an interactive sketchbook with page assistance. You can also use Streamline to create smoother lines even if your hand is shaky.
