Logo Design Simplification and Minimalism Techniques

Graphic simplification is a technique used by graphic designers to create memorable and iconic designs. In this course, you will learn the necessary simplification techniques for bringing objects into their most basic form through analyzing and sketching.

We will create a fictional project for an antivirus firm. The only requirement is the graphic simplification (in this case, a gorilla)

This course focuses on the technical aspects of logo design. We won't cover briefing questions or other theory stuff. However, you can download a document that contains the questions you can ask during the discovery phase.

Requirements:

• Adobe Illustrator CC (I am using the latest version)
• Basic knowledge in Illustrator and Logo design

You should be able, with some practice, to design any logo in minimalalism using the techniques that you have learned. This will make your brand look simple and memorable.
