Project Management for Designers - Get Organised and Stop Scope Creep

This class is for designers who want to learn about project management.

You might love your work but be surprised at how much effort and time it takes to manage projects. We want to ensure that your contact with clients and colleagues is as smooth as possible, that you appear professional, and that it takes as little time as you can to get back to the creative process.

This course will teach you how to create a custom workflow and set up project management systems to run almost automatically. We'll be looking at some of the great tools I used in my branding agency. This will get you excited about project managing (well, we can hope it did for us). ).
