Unreal Engine 5: Complete Beginner’s Course for Cinematic Animations

This step-by-step guide will help you learn Unreal Engine 5 and make your own cinematic animations using it.

This class is based upon the April 2022 release of Unreal Engine 5. You can also use the Early Access version. The only difference is the toolbar layout. Otherwise, everything should be the same.

Unreal Engine is a great game engine, but it also has all the tools necessary for filmmaking. It has been used by professionals at all levels of the industry.

This course will cover everything you need, including:

  • Unreal Engine Walkthrough
  • Creation of projects
  • Quixel Bridge: Free 3D assets
  • Mixamo - Free characters and animations
  • Animation sequencer
  • Movie render queue
  • Sound and camera effects can be added

You should be able create beautiful scenes by the end of the class, such as the one below

You can reach me via the discussion panel at any time during the course

Let's start this journey together, see ya in the first class!
