About the Author

Jerome Henry works as a Technical Marketing Engineer at Cisco. His focus is on Wi-Fi products. Jerome has over 12 years of experience teaching technical Cisco courses and products to a variety of audiences, including students at bachelor's level to professionals in networking and engineers in Ciscointernal systems. Jerome joined Cisco in 2013, focusing on his wireless experience. Prior to joining Cisco, Jerome was a consultant and teacher of Heterogeneous Networks, WirelessIntegration, and WirelessIntegration with European Airespace. This team was later acquired by Cisco to become their main wireless solution. Before joining Cisco, he was technology leader at a Cisco Learning & Solution Partner. He is a certified wireless networking expert (CWNE #45), CCIE Wireless(#24750), CCNP Wireless and has developed several Cisco courses focusingon wireless topics (IUWNE. IUWMS.IUWVN.CUWSS.CUWSS. IAUWS. LBS. CWMN lab guide etc.). He has also authored several Wireless books (IUWMS and CUWSS Quick Reference). Jerome was also promoted to the IEEE 802.11 group Senior member. He has more than 10000 hours of classroom experience and was awarded the IT Training Award best instructor silver medal in 2009. He is located in Pittsboro, NC.
