Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur is a centrally funded institute set up recently in 2015 as one of the new institutions in the Indian Institute of Management family. This is a government co-educational institute. Sirmaur campus is currently spanning across an area of 404 acres with a current student enrollment of 158 and a faculty strength of 12. The IIM Sirmaur permanent campus is still in development progress and aims to build as a permanent campus in a phased manner in the district of Sirmaur by June 2022. IIM Sirmaur is a member of The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
IIM Sirmaur offers programmes in management in general areas as well as hospitality and tourism management. It started with an enrollment of 20 students in 2015 and has grown to almost 350 students who have excelled in several sectors. IIM Sirmaur has a well-built infrastructure and all necessary facilities such as a 24-hour library, video conferencing facility, conference room, computer labs, sports facilities, hostel and cafeteria are offered at the campus. IIM Sirmaur possesses a membership with the Confederation of Indian industry and is well respected as an institution imparting management education with the ranking at 41st place nationally.
