Course Description

Analysts are dynamic, complex and require a wide range of skills. These skills include a basic understanding and application of non-financial metrics to determine financial performance and a deeper dive into financial modeling and business. Analysts use spreadsheet models, modeling techniques, as well as common investment analysis applications, to help make informed financial decisions. This multi-faceted specialization is for anyone who is interested in entering the dynamic field of data analysis and/or gaining more technical knowledge in Finance or Quantitative Modeling. You will be taught the basics of quantitative modeling and how to use spreadsheets to analyze data. A deeper understanding of the world of corporate finance will be gained. This course covers a range of real-world scenarios, such as personal finance, corporate decision making, and financial intermediation.
