You will gain a broad understanding of the fundamentals of analytics. This includes analysis methods such as R, Python, SQL and business applications.

Learners will be able to use common analytics tools and methods, as well as statistical and machine-learning methods and data-intensive computing techniques and visualization techniques. This will allow them to gain the necessary experience to combine all these components for maximum impact.

MicroMasters also offers project experience. These projects will allow learners to improve their data collection, storage and analysis skills, as well as develop an instinct for when and how each tool should be used.

These projects give you hands-on experience in real-world applications of analytics. You also get a deeper understanding of the best ways to use analytics to make the most of your skills.
