Course Description

Do you want to move on from someone who is familiar with ITSM basics? This course, IT Service Management General Pracies, will teach you how to create IT service value streams using Lean and Kanban as well as an updated operating model for ITSM. You will first review the key concepts from previous ITSM Foundations courses. Next, you'll learn operating models that are based on ITIL(r),4 and VeriSM frameworks. You will then work together on a value stream - eventually allowing you to create your own streams. You will also learn how the ITSM open architecture today allows for any practice to be integrated with minimal adjustments and standardization. This course will consolidate your knowledge of ITSM basics.
