This 5-week course is for you if you are a natural leader or you want to improve your management skills.

Although it can seem daunting to become a line manager, preparation and confidence are essential. This course is designed to make the transition smoother and less stressful so you can thrive in your new job.

Discover your leadership style

You must first understand your leadership style to become a great line manger. You'll learn about different management styles and how to adapt your leadership style when necessary.

We will also discuss adapting your management style for new ways of working.

Develop your management skills

You'll learn all about the labour market, recruitment process, team development, and coaching success. You'll also learn about managing conflict and well-being in the workplace.

Learn about performance management, the signs of a high-performing team, setting performance goals and other top performance management tips. You'll be able to put your new skills into practice in real-life situations.

You'll be able to manage people and have a successful career by the end of this course.
