Course Description

This course, Project Risk Management, has been updated to match the 6th edition of the PMBOK® Guide. It is the 11th course in Pluralsight's series and prepares you for the latest version of the PMP® exam. This course covers many of the Project Risk Management processes. The course will begin by examining effective risk management planning. Next, you will learn how to identify project risk factors, how to use qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques, and how to create and implement risk response strategies.
