Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr Sagunthala R and D Institute of Science and Technology (Vel Tech Chennai) was founded by professor Dr R Rangarajan with the “Education for All” motto. It was established in 2008 under the approval of the University Grants Commission and accreditation of the NAAC. It is situated on a 100-acre campus.
