Course Description

To be successful as a Digital Product Manager, one should have a combination of technical and business skills. They should have a deep understanding of technology and user experience design, as well as knowledge of marketing, sales, and business strategy. Strong communication and project management skills are also essential to effectively lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful product development.
