Course Description

This specialization helps to simplify data science and provides a foundation for data science skills, techniques, concepts, and knowledge. This course covers foundational concepts like analytics taxonomy and the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining. Then, it moves on to discuss data science and classical statistical techniques. This course provides an overview of most commonly used techniques in data science including data analysis and statistical modeling, data engineering (big data), manipulation of large data (big data), algorithms to data mine, data quality, reclamation, consistency operations, and algorithms for data mining.
