Course Description

The nParticle System, a simple simulation tool that you can use to your advantage, is a valuable resource. Maya nParticle Foundations will teach you the basics of the tools and functions you'll use when using the nParticles toolset. You'll first learn how to work with Emitters and Particle Nodes. Next, you will explore Fields, Colliders and the Nucleus Solver. Next, you will explore different particle types, including cloud, point, and cloud. You will also learn about Arnold and the Maya Hardware Renderer. After the basics are covered, you will create a project that demonstrates everything you have learned about the nParticle process. This course will teach you how to use Maya’s nParticle System for creating a wide range of simulations. Software required: Autodesk Maya 2017.
