This class is for you! This class is perfect for beginners in graphic design.

We will be covering Typography, color scheme, layout and composition, photo manipulations and editing, magazine layout design and logo design , just to name a few.

We also learn the basics Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and work on real-world projects. This course will teach you the fundamentals of Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and InDesign.

Adobe Photoshop We will be reviewing photo editing and manipulation techniques such as how to cut out objects, duotones and change color on objects. We will also learn how to use the liquify tool. Finally, we will create a captivating YouTube thumbnail using our newly acquired photoshop skills.

Adobe Illustrator will teach you how to use the pen tool to trace simple and complex shapes. This section will teach you how to use the shape builder tool. Finally, you will learn how to design a complete Logo design. A new introduction and tools section has been added. Here we will work through a 7-page vector tracing worksheet, and then create a complex vector illustration with our newly acquired illustrator vector tools. To finish, we will create an event flyer to practice our layout skills and even go through the branding process. We will also create a logo and business card.

We will create a magazine layout using InDesign. Also, we will learn how to use the master pages tool to dramatically speed up your design workflow when working on multiple paged layouts.

We will discuss branding basics and what makes a great logo. How can you extend your logo/brand to other marketing materials?

This course was designed to be easy for beginners to design, but detailed enough to allow everyone to get a TON out of it.

Are you looking for a design niche to focus on? This mini-class is part of the Graphic Design Masterclass course (Section 15). It helps you to identify your next focus and explore many options for established and budding designers.

We will be reviewing some of the most important design categories, and discussing what type of projects you will do. Also, what you need to know to jump into these design niches.

There are many more niches to explore, but this class will be focused on the following:
