Course Description

Implementing Cisco Advanced call Control and Mobility Services (CLACCM v1.0) course covers advanced call control as well as mobility services. Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cisco Unified CM), features will be taught to help consolidate your communications infrastructure to create a portable, secure, and scalable collaboration solution.

You will learn through a combination lesson and hands-on experience about a variety of features, including Globalized Call Routing and Global Dial Plan Replication.

This course will prepare you for the Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control and Mobility Services exam (300-815 CLACCM).
