Institute Overview

The Central University of Haryana,  also known as CUH is a central university that emerged in the year 2009. It is one of the 15 central universities established by MHRD, Govt. of India under the 11th five year plan of 2007-2012. CUH is fully funded by the UGC. The main objective of the university is to educate and provide manpower training for the development of the country, and to disseminate and advance knowledge through innovations and teaching and learning processes in interdisciplinary studies and research.

The university aims to develop enlightened citizenship of a knowledge in society for peace, prosperity of individuals, nation and the world, through promotion of innovative learning and creative endeavors. It also offers both UG and PG courses to interested candidates.

The campus is fully networked through high-end intelligent CISCO switch and possesses round the clock 1 Gbps leased line. Students on the campus have access to high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity to the internet. It provides support to students in accessing online lectures and assignments as well as necessary instructions issued by university.
