Course Description

This course covers the early stages of the entrepreneurial venture process in four modules. These modules will explore the nature of entrepreneurial growth and failure and how to manage those resources. Modules will also examine the development of entrepreneurial opportunities, how ideas are formed in relation to them, and how these opportunities influence entrepreneurial phenomena. The course will also examine how compelling entrepreneurial missions are based on business concepts. This will provide insight into the development of a venture's business model and future strategic plans.

The course will help you: - Gain a solid understanding of the entrepreneurial process – Consider the relationship between growth, error and innovation - Recognize how specific opportunities can influence entrepreneurial phenomena. This course is part of Gies College of Business' suite of online programs including the iMBA or iMSM.
