Course Description

This specialization is focused on the dynamics of rigid bodies and spatial motion. This specialization uses representations from modern screws theory and the product of exponentials formula. These tools are useful for students who have a basic engineering background. Students will be able to write robotics software and learn the math behind it. Students can test their software using both industrial and mobile robot manipulators. It is highly recommended to take courses 1 through 6.
