Course Description

Students who want to expand on the knowledge gained during the introductory session will benefit from this course. Participants will learn about major gift development strategies and the principles behind it. This includes how to identify potential major gift donors, how to cultivate and manage them, effective proposal writing, asking for donations, and maintaining donor stewardship. Students will develop their own prospect strategy and produce supporting documents. They will also engage in role-playing activities to mimic interaction with donors and prospects.
