Course Description

You will need to put the knowledge gained during this specialization into practice in your Capstone Project. Each week will be divided into four parts of the Marketing Strategy: Market analysis, Marketing strategy, marketing mix implementation and expected results. Each week's theory is reviewed and the key takeaways are concreted with quizzes that reinforce the concepts.

After you have reviewed the information, you will be asked for your analysis of the case study "Hotel Ipsum: a Marketing and Commercial Strategy To Survive." Rafael Escobedo is the General Manager of Hotel Ipsum. Despite his hotel's success in terms of profitability and sales, Rafael's Board of Director are unhappy and demand an improvement. It's your turn to develop Rafael's Marketing Strategy. It could be a positive outcome from his Board of Directors...or it could lead to unemployment.

The Capstone is accompanied by discussion forums, quizzes, and peer reviews that will help you understand the theory presented throughout the Specialization. You can share your ideas, thoughts and opinions with like-minded learners around the world who are interested in marketing.
