Maya Dynamics: nHair, Xgen, and Interactive Grooming

With every Maya release, creating hair in CGI is much easier and less time-consuming. Maya Dynamics: nHair and Xgen and Interactive Grooming will teach you the fundamental functions and workflows of Maya 2017. You will first learn about the nHair toolkit. You will learn about several hair-creation methods and how to set up hair dynamics. You will then be taught how to create hair in Xgen. This will cover both groomable splines and hair splines, for both short and long hair. The interactive grooming feature, which is certain to be the future of Maya hair creation, will be presented to you. This course will teach you how to create hair in Maya 2017 using multiple methods. Software required: Autodesk Maya 2017.
