GLA University also referred as GLA is situated in Mathura. The college is named after Late Shri Ganeshi Lal Agrawal. GLA University was established in the year 1998. The university is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi. GLA University is recognised by Government of Uttar Pradesh, BAR Council of INDIA, University Grant Commission (UGC), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Association of Indian Universities and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
