Senior estimators are responsible to determine the price of the construction project. To do this the senior estimator has to collect all the information about the materials, equipment, and the manpower needed for a particular project. They must determine the length of time it will require, then adjust to economic conditions, and conduct an analysis of costs to create an precise estimate. After the estimate is completed the senior estimator will present the estimate to the senior management.
