The retail sales consultant is accountable to ensure that customers enjoy the best experience when they choose items and services. They make sure that areas of sales are clean and organized according to the store's policies, and they must adhere to store display and plan-ogram guidelines to ensure that the product is properly displayed. Other duties include staying up-to-date on the benefits and features of the products on sale and also educating other sales representatives as required.
