This course is part of the Google Project Management Certificate Program. This course will cover the history, philosophy, and approach of Agile project management, as well as the Scrum framework. This course will teach you how to blend Agile with other methods of project management. You will gain knowledge about Scrum as you move through the course. Learn how to manage and refine product backlogs, define and implement Agile's value-driven delivery strategy, and create a value roadmap. Additionally, you will learn how to organize five key Scrum events, bring an Agile or Scrum approach into an organization, and coach an Agile group. You will also learn how to find and land Agile positions. The current Google project managers will continue their instruction and provide the tools and resources necessary to achieve your goals.
