Course Description

To position parts for welding, a welding fixture is needed. This ensures that the product parts are correctly positioned. The success of the weld depends on the accuracy of positioning and the quality of each final position. This course will teach you how to weld various components and how to create fixtures for the given BIW parts. You'll also learn how 2D drawings can be created for each fixture, and create BOP/BOM for the entire assembly.
