Creating Photo Inspired Vector Artwork in Illustrator CS5

This lesson will teach you how to create photo-inspired vector artwork. This will include learning how to identify and target shapes in a realistic way that we can create in Illustrator. We will learn how to target shapes and use three tools in Illustrator to create different types of vector shapes. These include the pencil tool, the pen tool, and the blobbrush. Once we are comfortable with these tools, we can start to create our illustration. We will also learn how to organize our artwork and how to use gradient workflows. Adobe Illustrator CS5 or higher is required.
