Course Description

Effective contract negotiation is an essential part of any business. Everyone should be able to draft clear, readable, and non-ambiguous contracts. Examples of commercial contracts include those for employment, supplies and licenses, as well as franchises, sales, licensing, real estate, partnership, and license agreements.

This course is practical and focuses on the development of key knowledge and skills required by professionals to negotiate and draft commercial contracts that include parties, laws, or businesses. Professionals need to have the necessary knowledge and skills to reach their desired outcome in a commercial contract negotiation.
