Course Description

Do you have any problems understanding 3ds Max's topology? This course is for you if so. This course, Exploring 3ds max topology tools, will teach you the basics of topology as well as how to use it properly to achieve your goals. You'll first learn the differences between topology in movies, and what it means for video games. Next, you will learn how to use graphite modeling tools panels to create LOD's on a character already rigged. You'll also create a vase with the splines in 3ds Max. Finally, you will convert spline text to qualified geometry that can then be modified and sculpted using other sculpting programs. This 3ds Max 2017 course will help you not only understand how topology works in 3ds Max but also how to use rigged models and solve any problems that you might encounter. Software required: 3ds max 2017.
