This course is designed to teach people who are new to project or product management how to create a plan that will guide product development from conception to completion. This course, Managing Product Design & Development Projects will provide you with the foundational knowledge necessary to create a project planning process. It consists of seven steps. The first step is to learn how to use the seven-step process for creating a draft plan. Next, you will learn how to get feedback and make feedback comments. Next, we'll discuss how to handle negative feedback about your work. The final step is to learn how to create a great project plan using a set of project management tools. Gantt charts and Swot analysis will be covered. This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to manage a project from conception to completion.
