Course Description

Students will get hands-on experience in setting up, customizing and configuring the CRM components of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This course will provide an in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 security models, how to customize Dynamics 365 frameworks, how to create and maintain powerful workflows, business process flows, and solutions to package and deploy customizations across several Dynamics 365 environments.

This course is applicable to Dynamics 365 Enterprise Editions and Business Editions as well as Online or On-premise deployments. The course objectives correspond to the MB2-716 certification exam.
