NUKE Node Enhancement with Python

NUKE offers a wide range of knobs that can be used to modify nodes. The Python Script Button is one of the most powerful custom buttons. This button will execute any Python code that's clicked. This course NUKE Node Enhancement With Python will teach you how to customize nodes with a variety knobs that can execute Python code. Three examples will be given to show you how to customize and enhance node functionality. You'll first learn how to create a custom node camera that transforms into a projection camera and then back to normal with one button click. Next, we'll show you how to create disabler nodes to disable all nodes in a specific node class or nodes with certain keywords in the label knob. You will be able to temporarily disable render-intensive nodes, which will increase your productivity. You'll also learn how to create custom write nodes that embed meta data from different locations in the rendered image sequence. This course will give you a solid understanding about how to customize and enhance nodes to meet your needs and how to use Python to automate everyday tasks. Software requirements: Pycharm 2016 (optional), NUKE8 or higher.
