Course Description

The International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) offers this program. This organization is a globally recognized and renowned developer of internationally recognized certification programs, including Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA). The program includes three preparatory courses that will prepare you to take the ISCEA Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) Exam. You must pass the final course, the CSCA, and all three preparatory courses to become ISCEA Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) Exam. After you have completed the 3 preparatory courses, you cannot take the exam.

You can demonstrate your knowledge of essential supply chain concepts with the CSCA “Certified Supplier Chain Analyst– certification program.

These program courses will equip you with the necessary resources to pass the certification exam and earn the internationally recognized CSCA title.

The supply chain fundamental topics, processes and strategies are presented in a simple and clear manner. The program courses will provide the knowledge necessary to connect strategy and tactical planning with financial results and daily operations. The program courses cover procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. They also include best practices and tools to make supply chains more responsive, efficient, and sustainable.

The supply chain terminology used throughout the industry, understanding the linkages between financial and operational measures

How to understand the relationship between strategic planning, sales and operations planning S&OP, and processes execution; including but not limited to: Inventory, MRP, Sourcing, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Sales Order Fulfillment

How to manage the flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain using procurement, inventory, transportation and the distribution network

How to refine interactions with suppliers, customers and your own team

Become familiar with tools that can improve the performance and sustainability of the supply chain, such as Lean and Six Sigma

The completion of all three preparatory courses is required before taking the Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) Exam Upon completion of the three courses and the exam, you will become a Certified Supply Chain Analyst
