A customer service coordinator works to provide a high level of customer service for an organization. Often, a customer service coordinator interacts with customers to answer their inquiries about products, accounts, and services. The coordinator also works to alleviate customer complaints and processes customer orders for products and services. They also work to ensure the accuracy of customer and business records by obtaining information from the customer; the information gathered also is used to determine if any new products or services would benefit the customer.
