District operations managers is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the district for whom they are charged. They act as an advisor to the managers of operations within their district. Additionally, they must conduct regularly (usually weekly) reviews and check-ins on the performance of their employees. The district operations manager develops budget guidelines for their subordinate managers of operations and helps to improve the efficiency of finances that each manager works.
