A Headmaster or Principal of Middle Schools is the person in charge of administration who oversees the day-to-day activities and academic activities at the institution. They are able to provide solid leadership, set clearly defined educational objectives, and create a welcoming and welcoming school culture.
Headmasters and Principals work closely with staff, teachers, students and parents to ensure an environment that is safe and conducive to learning environment. They are accountable for the implementation of the guidelines for curriculum, evaluating student performance, and making sure that they are in the compliance of educational rules and regulations.
They also oversee the budget of the school, deal with discipline issues, and encourage efficient communication between all participants.
An undergraduate degree from a school or another related field, as well as an experience in teaching that is usually required for this job.
