The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst (HRIS) is responsible for the management, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s human resources information systems and related technologies. They collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS functionality, implement system upgrades, and improve user experience. The HRIS Analyst serves as the subject matter expert on HR systems and provides training and support to end-users. They develop and generate reports, metrics, and analytics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
