Multimedia designers are responsible for creating multimedia presentations and tools to educate and or or promote their company's brands, products, and services. They must meet with individuals within their company (and or or clients) to discuss needs, create a draft of the multimedia product, and produce the final work. These professionals may edit video footage into an attractive package; they may also be in charge of web design, including landing pages, for the company. Additionally, multimedia designers may create print products such as infographics, reports, and case studies. These designers must keep up with new techniques and programs as they emerge, integrating relevant tools and skills into their day-to-day work.Multimedia designers generally work full time in an office setting; they may be employed to produce multimedia products for a single company, or they may work for a firm (or independently) to serve multiple clients.
