They also collect information on internal financial quality, quality and satisfaction information and use the data to integrate new strategies into the company's practices to improve the performance of both teams and individuals. Performance improvement analysts work across a variety of industries including healthcare and finance management. They usually work in an offices during normal working hours.
The positions of a performance improvement analyst typically require an undergraduate degree in business administration or industrial engineering, organizational psychology, or another related field. Certain companies also seek performance improvement analysts who possess at least two years of experience in the field they work and have an extensive experience in project management. An analyst who is a performance improvement specialist must also be certified in LEAN and be knowledgeable of ISO and ISO Quality.
