A construction contracts administrator carries out administrative duties relating to contracts for a construction company or a consulting firm which works on behalf of a construction company. The job also involves keeping a database to keep track of expiration dates to ensure that all subcontractors have up-to-date insurance and certification, so computer skills will certainly be utilized in this position.
