The majority of BI developer jobs require a bachelor's degree of computer science, or programming, and an extensive amount of work experience, typically around seven years. Since the main focus of this job is solving issues, BI developers must always be analyzing data and then presenting the results in a way that is understandable. They must be adept at making tables and preparing reports based on their findings and often, they simplify technical terms for other employees in the organization.
