Managers of sales training are accountable in developing, supervising the implementation, improvement, and development of training programs and materials for sales professionals within their company. They are accountable for finding and bringing in professionals from outside of the company (such as expert lecturers, guest lecturers, and experts) in order to efficiently train sales professionals.
