Final Take

I am a third-year computer science student at Gitam University in Bangalore. I recommend this course to anyone looking to develop skills in IT. As my college placement will start next semester, I wanted to gain basic knowledge of IT. Opting for this program by Coursera was a good choice. The knowledge gained right in the introductory lectures motivated me to complete the whole syllabus. Every bit of the program is worth the learners’ time.

I enjoyed all the presenters in the videos; they took their time to get me involved and explained all the content clearly. I also enjoyed the videos that covered current and future trends in IT technical support. The role-plays in the sixth week about customer service are awesome. A big thank you to Google for making learning so enjoyable!

This was a terrific course that gives a fair idea of what the ‘Google Professional IT Support’ course entails. All the speakers were energetic, and their strong interest in their respective areas was very encouraging for me as a student. After completing this course, I am currently doing the ‘Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking’ course.
